Existential and humanistic therapy; Narrative therapy
Irvin D. Yalom
For me, therapy is about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued — just as you are. I believe that we all carry stories — of love and loss, of hope and hurt — that shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. My approach is rooted in humanistic and existential traditions, which means I see each person not as a problem to be fixed, but as a human being in search of meaning, connection, and authenticity. I hold deep respect for your inner wisdom and the courage it takes to show up for yourself in therapy.
In our work together, I offer a warm, reflective space where we can gently explore the questions, struggles, or patterns that may be holding you back or causing pain. I believe that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves — messy, complex, and vulnerable. I work collaboratively, at your pace, helping you reconnect with your values, choices, and possibilities. While I draw from different therapeutic tools when helpful, at the heart of my work is a genuine, compassionate relationship — one that honours your story, invites curiosity, and supports you in finding clarity, meaning, and movement in your life.
